Court hearings continued this week for four people charged in connection with the drug overdose murder of a Thief River Falls man earlier this month.

Samuel Cabrales, 23, died following an opioid overdose at a Thief River Falls home February 15th. The Pennington County Attorney’s Office is charging third degree murder against the four suspects accused of, contacting, selling and distributing the deadly mix of fentanyl laced heroine, with all four back in court this week.

Robert Bellanger-Fohrenkam, 36, of Bemidji, made his initial appearance on a Rule #8 Hearing yesterday in Pennington County District Court, along with Nathan Mock, 23, of Thief River Falls.

Nicole Baker, 30, is scheduled to appear today before District Judge Tamara Yon with an omnibus hearing for 41 year old Aaron Zimmerman next month. Baker and Zimmerman are both from Thief River Falls.

All four continue to be held at the Pennington County Law Enforcement Center with bail set from $75,000 to $200,000.
