The political season winds up locally this month, as filings for County Office open one week from today.
In Pennington County that includes commissioners in Districts 3 and 4; seats now held by Neil Peterson and Darryl Tveitbakk. Also on the ballot this year; Auditor/Treasurer – Sheriff – County Attorney and County Recorder.
In Pennington County the filing fee is 50 dollars for County Office, 20 dollars for Soil and Water Conservation District. Filings close June 5th.
Filings for City Offices and School Board open later this summer; from July 31st to August 14th.
