The Middle River Community Theater presents its 2018 Children’s Theater Production of “Super Potato”; all performances are at 7pm at the Ye Olde Depot Theater through Tuesday, June 19th. The prices are adults/$10, children 12 and under/$7, and Seniors 62 and over/$7; advance tickets available at Young’s General Store.
The Thief River Falls Kiwanis Club is sponsoring a “Picnic in the Park” from 5-7pm on Tuesday, June 19th at Northrop Park. The menu includes hot dogs, beans, chips, dessert and a drink, with a Free Will Donation. Proceeds go towards Northrop Park.
The Thief River Falls Community Theater is celebrating their 23rd season with the second Summer Theater Production for your enjoyment. “I Love You, You’re Perfect, Now Change” is a hilarious new musical revue and will be presented from Tuesday, June 19th through Saturday, June 23rd. All performances are at 7pm at the NCTC Theater, with tickets available at Digi-Key, and Pennington Square and Main. Tickets will be sold nightly at the door if seating is available.
The Summer Meals Program offers FREE lunch Monday through Friday all summer long, rain or shine, for kids ages 18 years and younger; adult meals are $4.00. Serving locations and times are as follows: 11:30-12:15 at Northrop Park, 11:45-12:15 at Lion’s Park, 12:00-12:20 at Challenger Elementary, and 11:00-11:20 at the ALC- Monday through Thursday only.
There will be Senior Club Bingo at 12:30pm on Wednesday, June 20th at the Newfolden Center, sponsored by the Tri-Community Living at Home Program.

The Thief River Falls Chamber is presenting a Lunch & Learn for businesses to understand situational awareness and run, hide or fight in an active shooter emergency situation at 12 pm on Thursday, June 21st at T.H.E Bus Garage on the fairgrounds. Come for Family Fun on the Riverwalk on Thursday, June 21st. The walk starts at 6pm at Hartz Park and ends at the Elk’s Park, with dedication there of the new fountain at 7pm. It’s no cost fun, and includes music, activities for children along the route, and ice cream treats at Elk’s Park.

Walk to honor and remember all those affected by Alzheimer’s Disease at the “Longest Day”, at 10am on Saturday, June 23rd at the Thief River Falls Hartz Park Tourist Shelter.
