(Minneapolis, MN) — The Twins managed just five hits in a 2-0 loss to the Indians in the rubber match of a three-game series at Target Field. Cleveland’s Rajai Davis scored the first run of the game on a double-steal in the sixth inning. Jorge Polanco had two of the five hits for the Twins, who now find themselves 10 games behind the Indians for first place in the AL Central. Matt Magill suffered the loss.

(Minneapolis, MN) — The Lynx are in LA to clash with the Sparks tonight. Minnesota will then travel to Seattle to face the Storm tomorrow. The Lynx have won three straight to come out of the All-Star break third in the WNBA at 15-and-10. LA is 15-and-11.
