The Wild host Winnipeg tomorrow before wrapping up the exhibition slate on Friday at Colorado.

(Tempe, AZ) — The Arizona Cardinals are going with a new starting quarterback. Coach Steve Wilks today named rookie Josh Rosen the starter going forward and benched Sam Bradford. Wilks made it clear it was not just a one-game decision, saying it was Rosen’s job to lose.

(Tampa, FL) — The Pittsburgh Steelers are finally in the win column after holding off the Buccaneers 30-27 on Monday Night Football in Tampa. Ben Roethlisberger tossed three touchdowns and an interception as Pittsburgh improved to 1-1-and-1 on the season. Ryan Fitzpatrick threw for 411 yards and three TD’s for the Bucs, but also had three picks in defeat. Tampa fell to 2-and-1.

(Minneapolis, MN) — The Golden Gophers are off this week. They will host Iowa in their Big Ten home opener on October 6th. Minnesota started conference play with a 42-13 loss at Maryland this past Saturday. The Gophers are 3-and-1 overall.
