Ryan Suter’s shorthanded tally with 23 seconds left in regulation tied the game for the Wild, who improved to 1-1-and-1. Eric Staal and Zucker lit the lamp in the second period and Devan Dubnyk made 27 saves in the victory. The Wild host Carolina tomorrow.

(Milwaukee, WI) — The Timberwolves battle the Bucks tonight in Milwaukee to wrap up the preseason. The Wolves are 1-and-3 in exhibition play after Sunday’s 125-107 loss to the Bucks in Ames. The regular season starts Wednesday in San Antonio versus the Spurs.

Alshon Jeffery caught two TD’s for Philadelphia, which is back to .500 at 3-and-3. Rookie running back Saquon Barkley ripped off a 50-yard TD run and had 229 total yards of offense for the 1-and-5 Giants.

(Minneapolis, MN) — The Vikings try to win consecutive games for the first time this season when they host the Arizona Cardinals on Sunday at US Bank Stadium. The Vikes snapped their two-game skid with a 23-21 victory last Sunday in Philadelphia. The 1-and-4 Cardinals are seeking their first victory in Minnesota since 1977 when they were the St. Louis Cardinals. They are 0-and-9 in that stretch.
