The Two Rivers Watershed District has scheduled a public meeting for next week at Lake Bronson State Park.

The Two Rivers Watershed District is scheduled to discuss issues related to the proposed Klondike Clean Water Retention Project, which will store up to 40 thousand acre feet of floodwater and cover an area around 12 square miles, significantly reducing flooding on three branches of the Two Rivers.

Topics include impoundment area, erosion, ditches, culverts, water quality and water supply.

Anyone interested in the topic can learn more at the public meeting being scheduled for Wednesday November 14th at 3PM in the Visitors Center at Lake Bronson State Park.
