Two area men have been charged with Electronic Solicitation of a Minor.
The two face charges in separate incidents, alleging that they attempted to lure underage teens into performing sex acts.
David Michael Tsosie, 32, of Red Lake Falls and Daniel Lee Jobe, 32, of Ashby appeared yesterday in Pennington County District Court after allegedly having engaged in sexual conduct with people they believed were underage.
Jobe allegedly contacted a Pennington County Sheriff’s Deputy who was posing as a 15 year old boy, and discussed sexually explicit acts several times since July 29th. Jobe was arrested following a conversation about meeting October 19th. Jobe faces an additional charge of Electronic Solicitation of a Child to Engage in Sexual conduct.
Tsosie was arrested when a Thief River Falls Police officer posed as a 15 year old girl, and set up a meeting for sex November 16th, with Tsosie saying he “wanted to date her”. He was arrested November 18th.
They both face up to three years in prison on each charge.
