Minnesota gas prices are at their lowest point in two years.
GasBuddy.com puts Minnesota gas prices at an average of two-ten per gallon yesterday, which is down nearly 30 percent since October.
The average price in the Twin Cities was $2.13 per gallon, and the lowest price anywhere in Minnesota was $1.88 at a Sam’s Club in Sartell. Economists expect that falling gas prices will add some economic cushion to household budgets.
Here in town, 4 stations reported gas at $2.04 per gallon this morning. One station reported $2.09 per gallon.
Tesoro and Holiday in Thief River Falls refused to answer how much their gas cost over the phone.
