Contegrity Group construction manager Pete Filippi updated County Commissioners at their regular meeting this week in Thief River Falls.
Filippi advised Pennington County purchase battery lowering kits for elevators that may get stuck during a power outage. He says it has been determined that the generator installed at the Justice Center is not large enough to handle the entire building in the event of a power outage. The generator was previously believed to more than sufficient. Filippi says he is working to wind down the existing phase of the building process.
He says the County has some reimbursement dollars coming from the State, and that some budget line items were negative this week.
