A Thief River Falls area man appeared in court this week following an arrest in two separate burglaries.
Christopher Michael Zimmerman, 43, has been charged with one count of receiving stolen property in one incident, and one count of second degree burglary, one count of third degree felony burglary, and fifth degree controlled substance crime, following an incident that is said to have taken place two days later.
According to the TRFPD, police earlier this month responded to report of missing coins and cash from a Thief River Falls residence. Zimmerman was again arrested, after an officer saw an individual crawl through window at a Thief River Falls residence.
In that case, Elexis Jean Maria Fiumefreddo, 25, was charged with one count of third degree felony burglary. She also appeared Tuesday in Pennington County District Court before Judge Kurt Marben.
Both waved a reading of of rights and complaints. Fiumefreddo’s next appearance is scheduled for March 25th at 1 PM. Zimmerman’s next appearance is scheduled for April 9th at 1PM.
They remain in custody at the Pennington County Justice Center.
