Multiple reports say the Wolves will hire Gersson Rosas to the position, making him the NBA’s first-ever Latino top basketball executive. The Colombia native has spent 18 seasons with the Houston Rockets. He also had a brief stint as GM of the Dallas Mavericks in 2013.
(Eagan, MN) — The Vikings are declining the fifth-year option on wide receiver Laquon Treadwell’s rookie contract. The move will allow him to become a free agent next spring. Treadwell has just one touchdown in three NFL seasons since being drafted 23rd overall by the Vikes in 2016 out of Ole Miss. He has just 56 catches for 517 yards and one TD in 40 career games.
