Pujols is just the third player in major league history to drive in two-thousand career runs since 1920 when the RBI became an official stat.

His two-year contract extension was approved by the U-of-M board of regents on Thursday by a unanimous vote. Pitino is 112-and-92 in six seasons with the Gophers, helping them reach the NCAA Tournament this year for the first time since 2013.
