A final defendant has entered a plea in Red Lake heroin conspiracy that resulted in two shooting deaths.

Kristopher Sullivan a/k/a “Blood Money,” 24, entered a plea of guilty to a single count of conspiracy to distribute heroin, before Judge Wilhelmina M. Wright in U.S. District Court in Saint Paul.

According to United States Attorney Erica H. MacDonald, drug trafficking activities were interrupted at approximately 6:30 a.m. October 21st when three armed, masked men broke into a trailer home, in an apparent armed robbery on the Red Lake Indian Reservation.

The case is the result of an investigation conducted by the FBI, Headwaters Safe Trails Task Force, and the Red Lake Tribal Police Department.
