A Minneapolis area man faces drug charges following a traffic stop in Pennington County.
According to the Sheriff’s Office, charges area pending against Richard Ward Lytton, 49, including 1st Degree Possession of 50 grams or more, DWI and Refusal to submit to chemical testing. According to Sheriff Ray Kuznia, the substance recovered was alleged methamphetamine.
According to the Sheriff’s Department report, alleged drugs were recovered during a traffic stop conducted Saturday, July 14th, on Highway 59 near 155th Street Northeast. Lytton remains incarcerated at the Pennington County Justice Center.
