Governor Tim Walz announced yesterday that a new Chief Administrative Law Judge has been selected at the Office of Administrative Hearings.
According to a release from the Governor’s Office, Jenny Starr has been appointed, and will begin serving as Chief Judge on September 3rd, 2019. Starr replaces the Honorable William Marshall, who has been serving as the Acting Chief Judge since July 1st. The Governor and Lieutenant Governor asked a panel leaders within the Administration and legal community to solicit applications, review candidates, and recommend finalists for appointment.
Starr’s term expires on June 30th, 2025.
