THROUGH SATURDAY AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...For the Wind Chill Warning, dangerously cold wind chills.
  Wind chills as low as 50 below zero. For the Wind Chill
  Advisory, very cold wind chills expected. Wind chills as low as
  40 below zero. For the Winter Storm Watch, heavy snow possible.
  Total snow accumulations of 3 to 5 inches possible. Winds could
  gust as high as 40 mph with blowing snow possible.

* WHERE...Roseau, East Marshall, Pennington, Red Lake and East
  Polk Counties.

* WHEN...For the Wind Chill Warning, until 7 AM CST this
  morning. For the Wind Chill Advisory, from 7 AM this morning
  to noon CST today. For the Winter Storm Watch, from Friday
  morning through Saturday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills could cause
  frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes. Travel
  could be very difficult. Widespread blowing snow could
  significantly reduce the visibility.
