There will be a Broadway Cabaret Fundraiser for the Thief River Falls Area Community Theater on Friday, January 17th at 8pm at the River Walk Public House in Thief River Falls.  They’ll have live entertainment, Hors d’oeuvres, signature drinks, games of chance and more.  Tickets are $50 and are available at the Riverwalk and at  Come and support your local theater!

The MCC Education Foundation and the MCC Fine Arts Department present “Dinner with Performing Arts” on Saturday, January 18th at the MCC High School Gym.  This fundraiser event will have music by vocal and instrumental performers, the One-Act Play and a catered meal; prelude begins at 5:45pm.  The price is $25, with advance ticket sales only; tickets are available at the MCC High School office or Marshall County State Bank.

It’s the Middle River Legacy Center Winter Fest this Sunday, January 19th from 2-6pm.  You’ll find so many fun activities, including a Silent Auction and Lucky Bucks, a Free Throw Contest, Bingo, Kiddie Crafts, a Corn Hole Tourny, Beer Sampling, a Chili Cook Off, and concessions and vendors.  Proceeds go to the Middle River Legacy Center.

The Minnesota Twins Winter Caravan is coming to Thief River Falls on Monday, January 20th from 2:15-3:15pm at the National Guard Armory.  This event is FREE and open to the public!

The Thief River Falls ECFE is hosting a “Winter Family Fun Night” on Thursday, January 23rd from 5-7pm at Challenger Elementary Preschool.  Join them for winter-themed activities that include snowmen, snow, winter animals, and a wintery snack.  This event is for families with children ages 5 years and younger; free will donations will be accepted at the door.

The Elevate NextGen Youth Center in Thief River Falls is open daily after school from 3pm-6pm.  It is open to all students in grades 6-12, providing a safe environment, tutoring and other programs.  Games, internet access and helpful adults will be there for all students; located at 411 North Horace Avenue in Thief River Falls.
