The Democratic National Committee is calling for a recanvass in Iowa after problems with caucus results have continued. Late last night the Iowa Democratic Party announced it was correcting some results that were incorrectly given to the wrong candidate. In a tweet DNC Chairman Tom Perez writes enough is enough.
The Iowa Democratic Party is within reach of reporting the final results from the Iowa Caucus. The New York Times reported today that 97-percent of the votes have been counted which will represent the number of state convention delegates each candidate will receive. Mayor Pete Buttigieg [[ BOOT-edge-edge ]] narrowly leads over Senator Bernie Sanders by one-tenth of a percentage. Buttigieg has twenty-six-point-two-percent and Sanders, twenty-six-point-one.
