Parent-Teacher Conferences at Lincoln High School, Franklin Middle School, and Challenger Elementary School will be held on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, February 25th, 27th and 28th. They will be using Synergy, their student information system, to schedule the conferences. The site is open now and will close on Friday, February 21st at 3pm.
Distribution at the Thief River Falls Food Shelf is every Tuesday from 10:30 am to 1:30 pm and every Thursday from 3:00-6:00 pm at the Food Shelf Building, located at 16330 150th St. NE (go south on Hwy 59 past the movie theater and turn left onto Hwy 61/150th St. it is the green building/2nd drive on the left). Celebrate Recovery is a Christ-centered recovery program that meets every Tuesday night at Epiphany Station in Thief River Falls. This program is for anyone who is dealing with life’s hurts, habits or hang-ups. The night starts at 6pm with a free meal followed by worship with a teaching or testimony. The Northwest Minnesota Arts Council is hosting a Winter Fantasy Art Show at the NWMAC Art Gallery at Northland Community and Technical College in Thief River Falls through Friday, February 28th. You can meet the artists at a reception on the 28th from 6-8pm; refreshments will be served.
