Evening weather

Light snow will begin to develop across eastern North Dakota late this evening and spread eastward into northwest Minnesota after midnight. Most areas will see light accumulations of 1 to 3 inches, however a narrow band of greater than 3 inches is possible, mainly on the Minnesota side of the valley. These higher snow rates and accumulations will occur after midnight and continue into the early Monday morning commute. Stay tuned to the National Weather Service office in Grand Forks for updates on this potentially impactful winter event.
