(New York, NY) — NFL owners are approving terms of a potential new Collective Bargaining Agreement. All 32 voted during a meeting yesterday in New York, but the players must still approve it. ESPN previously reported the changes would include a 17-game regular-season, a three-game preseason and an expanded playoff format.
