Tonight will be another chilly night with enough clearing in northeastern North Dakota and far northwestern Minnesota to allow temperatures to drop into the teens. Clouds will hold in most of southeastern North Dakota and west central Minnesota with lows in the 20s. Patchy fog is possible late tonight into Thursday morning. Otherwise milder Thursday and the warmer trend will continue thru the weekend into next week with highs by next Monday in the upper 40s and 50s. These warmer temperatures will increase the snow and ice melt.
